By conducting business with me, you have read and acknowledged my terms and services.

I own all the rights to my artwork.

Therefore I, the artist, have the right to decline a commission request if it is inappropriate and/or it makes me uncomfortable. You, the client, are not permitted to remove my watermark and claim my art as your own, resell my art, trace my art, or modify my art using generative AI. Additionally, your commission request will be declined by me if you provide an AI generated reference.

You are allowed to repost and share my artwork on social media as long as you provide proper credit to me (Such as tagging me and providing a link to my profile). Likewise, I am allowed to post the commissioned art on my social media accounts and portfolio unless you request against it. Furthermore, I am allowed to use the timelapses of the commissions in short form content, like Instagram Reels for example. I may use the commission for ACG Goods fan merchandise, especially if the commission happens to be fan art of one of my interests.

Usage is assumed to be for personal use (Such as profile pictures and wallpapers), however if the piece is intended to be used for commercial purposes, an extra fee will be added (100% of the base price).

I aim to finish a commission within 3 weeks, however if I am able to finish before or after the commission’s deadline, I will let you know.

Payment will be in my currency (GBP)

I accept payments through Paypal, Ko-fi and Stripe. Alternatively, I also accept contributions towards my Throne wishlist. You, the client, must pay the full price of the commission upfront before I start.

A full refund will be granted if I am unable to finish the requested artwork for whatever reason or you, the client, ends up cancelling before I start the commission. A partial refund will be granted if I am at the lineart phase of the artwork, which is generally what I consider the halfway point, or if the deadline of the commission has been passed. Once I reach the flat colour stage of the illustration, refunds can no longer be made.

I use the art software Krita on my 2 in 1 Lenovo laptop with a touchscreen.

I usually draw on a 2k resolution canvas (2048 x 2048), but adjustments to the canvas size can be made.

A total of 3 free revisions can be made throughout the whole commission process. After that, I will charge £10 for every extra revision that is requested.

During the commission process, I will often communicate with you when I have reached certain stages of the artwork to check if you are satisfied with the work and you are happy for me to proceed. (Sketch, lineart, flat colour, rendering, final version).

Once the commission has been completed, unless the commission will be used in certain ways, such as a tattoo, you will receive the final version of the artwork in the PNG format with a very small watermark that blends in with the artwork.

Intent for commercial use will be 100% of the listed price. This applies to all services EXCEPT the rough sketch service.
